A full encapsulation with dehumidification, or a sill-plate-and-band-joist replacement after years of moisture damage, is a five-figure capital project that deserves the same payment structure a general contractor would offer — not a one-time card charge before any work starts.

Routine service

Quarterly and bi-monthly pest programs, termite warranty renewals, and single WDI inspections are billed per visit or per report. No deposit, no long-term prepayment required.

Project work

Crawl space encapsulation, dehumidification, exterior drainage, sump installation, and sill or joist replacement are quoted as a single written scope with a fixed price. Payment is staged — a deposit at scheduling, the balance at completion and walkthrough. Nothing is due on work that has not been performed, and if the crew finds additional damage once the crawl space is opened up, that becomes a written change order, not a surprise on the final invoice.

Financing options

Third-party financing is available for qualifying project work so a five-figure structural repair does not have to come out of a single month's cash. Terms, approval, and rates come from the lender, not from us; we will hand you the application and the exact project amount and stay out of the middle of it.

Real estate transactions

When a WDI report drives a repair requirement before closing, we can invoice through settlement so the cost is handled at the closing table rather than out of pocket by the buyer or seller in advance.
