A pest control guarantee in Hampton Roads only means something if it survives contact with this region's climate. Recurring pest programs are covered by a straightforward promise: if a covered pest returns between scheduled services, we come back and re-treat at no additional charge. There is no visit minimum to satisfy first and no seasonal blackout — a January cockroach call gets the same response as a July one.

Termite warranties

Termite work is warranted on an annually renewable basis following the initial treatment. The warranty covers re-treatment of new subterranean termite activity in the treated structure — including Formosan subterranean termite activity, which we inspect for specifically given the confirmed 2022 Norfolk detection tied to port shipping traffic. Damage-repair coverage, where offered, is written separately and is always conditional on the conducive conditions noted in your inspection being corrected — standing water, wood-to-ground contact, and crawl space moisture above threshold are the usual ones.

Moisture and wood repair workmanship

Encapsulation, vapor barrier, drainage, and structural wood repair work carries a written workmanship warranty on the installation itself. Manufacturer warranties on liners, dehumidifiers, and sump equipment pass through to you in your name, which matters if you sell the house before the manufacturer term expires.

What a guarantee cannot cover

We will tell you up front when something falls outside a warranty rather than after. Common examples: new construction defects that reintroduce wood-to-ground contact, a neighbor's untreated adjoining structure in an attached row, roof and plumbing leaks that re-wet framing after a repair, and wildlife entry created by new storm damage. In each of those cases you get a written scope and price before any work happens, and we explain why the situation sits outside the original warranty language rather than just denying the claim.
